TEMRS & CONDITIONS

  1. All prices quoted shall be in Ringgit Malaysia.
  2. Our delivery area available almost all the area within Klang Valley. Please note some of the areas are required additional delivery charges.
  3. All times are quoted in Malaysia time (GMT +8.00hrs).
  4. All orders shall be placed before 5:00pm on any working day for delivery to be carried out the next working day.
  5. Orders for Public Holiday must be submitted one (1) full working day in advance.
  6. Additional service fees will be imposed for redirection of orders.
  7. neFlorist will not accept responsiblity for late or non-delivery of the flowers & gifts in the following circumstances:-
    • the recipient of the order is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
    • the address is incorrect.
    • the number of contact person is not provided or an invalid number is given.
  8. For peak seasonal periods, it is advisable to order at least two (2) full working day in advance.
  9. During festive seasons, where there is an unusually greater demand for delivery, neFlorist will try to accommodate timing requests as practical as possible. neFlorist reserves the right to carry forward the delivery to the next day during festive seasons.
  10. In the event of any items become unavailable at the time of production, neFlorist reserves the right to substitute them with similar items at equal value.
  11. Price fluctuations may occur especially during festive seasons depending on, but not limited to, market price and availability.
  12. A 50% of cancellation charge is applicable for any order that is confirmed.
  13. Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. neFlorist will either give you a free replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order. neFlorist will have a transaction charge of five percent (5%) of the purchase price for any given refund. Hence, the refund amount will be purchasing price less five percent(5%).
  14. Please take note for the following points :-
    • neFlorist will try our best to fulfill your order.
    • neFlorist may not be able to fulfill your order because the item you ordered (i) may not be fresh; (ii) may not have stock; (iii) the new arrival of fresh flower may be delayed or cancelled; (iv) may not be in season; (v) may be damaged.
    • We can only kow whether or not we can fulfill your order on the day you wish to collect or delivery your flower because we try to give you the freshest which will arrive on the very same day.
  15. The following type of flowers need time to bloom before actual day of used.
    • Lily – approx. 3 – 5days
    • Fressia – approx. 2 – 3days
    • Carnation – approx. 5 – 7days
    • Alstromeria – approx. 2 – 3days
    • Gladiolus – approx. 2 – 3days
  16. All gift will be delivered to the gift recipients address as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-delivery the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge will apply. If the recipient is not home, and there is nowhere deemed safe to leave the gift, it will be taken to the courier depot/florist and a card will be left for the recipient asking them to arrange to collect the package.
  17. Failed Delivery – If an attempted delivery fails, (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability) we reserve the rights to charge additional cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled. If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.
